Family owned Bindaree Beef has completed its unique retail outlet called “Establishment 218” in Alexandria, Sydney NSW.

Establishment 218 is so named, after the Inverell NSW Abattoir , which holds this AQIS registered number.

Est #218 is offering the trade and general public the opportunity to purchase the Premium quality cuts of meats up to 50% cheaper than some supermarkets or butchers. This retail concept offers the consumer premium Beef & meats direct from the processing plants.

Bindaree Beef is one of Australia largest beef processors and a prominent leader in the Australian meat industry over 50 years.

Its family owned and operated processing plant at Inverell in Northern NSW is capable of processing 1300 cattle per day. Bindaree Beef is a fully listed EXPORT abattoir – processing beef for the export & domestic markets. Bindaree Beef also have a value added “MAP” (modified atmosphere packaging) facility at Inverell NSW- servicing supermarkets with retail ready tray packs of minced beef and steaks.

Bindaree Beef chose ROXSET Health & Safety Flooring, whom they have an 18 year association with, and KENKA Engineering to design & implement this facility due to their extensive experience in the Food Processing industry.  

The ROXSET SE hygienic floor coating range has an R13 Anti-Slip rating and is HACCP, AQIS and Food Safe compliant in line with the strict meat industry regulations.   The coating is trowel applied application and covers over 800sqm, it is seamless and impervious, durable and easy to clean.
