When Neverfail upgraded its processing facilities in Townsville and Smithfield, it required new coating system to accommodate all aspects of the facility including the bottle filling, bottle washing and load-in, load-out areas. It was critical that the floor coating not only offered protection from high abrasion and thermal shock but was anti slip and anti bacterial meeting the high levels of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).

ROXSET SE offered: Round the Clock Protection against a range of Bacteria; Flooring installed as a; Seamless Application; Easy to Clean; Hard Wearing with a low maintenance finish.

Problems normally associated with conventional tiled flooring, where dirt can accumulate in the joints, are eliminated. ROXSET SE will withstand temperatures as low as 40deg C making it suitable for chillers and freezer rooms. It can be applied as a smooth or textured finish in a colour of choice, which will transform and invigorate working areas.
